Here at Beamore Management snagging is our specialty. Each year we record tens of thousands of snags across all the projects we work on including education, military, commercial, leisure, and residential. We can offer snagging as part of our Clerk of Works role or as a completely separate service. We have a huge amount of experience in snagging for clients, consultants, architects, end users, contractors, and homeowners.

Why use us to snag your project ?
  • We are very good at it! Because we carry out so many snagging inspections we know what we're doing. We have great a great eye for detail. We know where to look and we know the usual mistakes that contractors make.
  • We use specific snagging/defects recording software which allows us to snag efficiently and to a very high standard.
  • We are quick. The snagging software we use allows us to record issues far quicker than recording issues by hand. The software also eliminates the need to spend time, and therefore costs, typing up long lists after each snagging inspection.
  • Our recorded snags/defects are stored online and shareable with anyone you want. This enables you to keep a track of how the snagging is progressing. You can see how many are open, closed or ready for a re-inspection.
  • We are cheaper than our competitors and probably cheaper than using your own employees to do it too. Again our snagging software allows us to snag quicker and as a result we save you time and costs.
  • Our snag lists are very easy for contractors to follow. Every single snag/defect has a photograph, location on a drawing, and a description. We have been told on many occasions by contractors that the format of our snag reports enable them to close out items quickly. The software also enables contractors to filter snagging/defect issues out for separate trades.
  • Nobody likes snagging !! It is a laborious, tedious job. So why not let us do it for you !

Why not call or email us to discuss your needs. We will guarantee that we can make the whole defects recording/snagging process a lot easier, cheaper and quicker for you.
