Beamore Management have completed, and are currently working on a number of residential projects. We have undertaken a number of roles including Clerk of Works, Snagging Inspectors and Technical Inspectors.
Part of our role on residential projects is to ensure that all relevant NHBC standards are adhered to along with project specs and drawings. The final snagging inspections ensure that the contractor can handover plots virtually snag free, reducing the inconvenience for new tenants/owners. |
