As the Clerk of Works, we are an on-site representative of the Client. We liaise closely with the Site Team and aid them where ever possible. It is imperative to us that we build a strong rapport from the beginning. We offer a critical, but proactive service.

We take responsibility on the Clients behalf for monitoring the works which are taking place on site. One of our main tasks is to provide quality control to ensure that our projects are constructed to the highest quality. We inspect all aspects of our projects to ensure the work being carried out is compliant with the design and specification. We can provide early warnings of potential problems with quality and possible programme delays.

In an age where budgets are tight, and programmes are even tighter we monitor progress on site with great care. Carefully reporting on the progress of each activity, identifying issues and potential defects as they arise and reducing risk to ensure deadlines are met wherever possible. We can provide valuable guidance and quality control to assist in getting the job done right the first time saving all parties time and money.

Each site inspection is followed by a report. Our reports are clear and in depth. We include details of;
