About UsBeamore Management was established in 2011 as a specialist Clerk of Works practice. Our aim from the beginning was to provide a fresh approach to the dated Clerk of Works role.
Traditionally the image of the Clerk of Works role is that it has been predominantly carried out by semi-retired construction personnel. Whilst this brought a degree of experience to the role, our feedback told us that relying on this experience is not always a good thing. We found that traditional Clerk of Works' tend to focus solely on their experience, with very little emphasis on drawings and specifications. At Beamore Management we do things differently. We treat the role as a profession and as such employ a variety of people including degree-educated inspectors with engineering backgrounds, very experienced Clerks, and excellent site managers and project Managers with great onsite contractor experience. We have the right person to suit each individual project. We ensure that we focus on project documentation and use our experience to apply that practically to each project. As a young growing company we like to keep up with the latest construction practices and use modern technologies ourselves to provide a great service including the use of specialist snagging software, tablets, inspection cameras and drones for photography. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Repeat business is very important to us and makes up the vast majority of the work we take on. We pride ourselves on doing what we can to facilitate any requests and adapt our working practices and outputs to suit each individual client. Our continued expansion demonstrates our ongoing commitment to provide the highest quality services. |
